Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our customer care team via email with your order number and the specific items you wish to return or exchange.

    Prepare the Package

    Safely pack the items in their original, unopened packaging to prevent damage during transit, including a copy of your packing slip.

  • 3.
    Ship to GLO

    Affix the provided return label or ship the package through your preferred carrier to our central distribution warehouse.

  • 4.
    Processing & Refund

    Once our skin experts inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your replacement product within 5-7 business days.
